This page explains how Bring Forth ("Bring Forth," "we," "us") handles your information and the terms for using our website and our text messaging program. 1. Information we collect

When you fill out a form, book a session, or contact us, we collect the information you give us, such as your name, email address, phone number, and the details of your message or inquiry. We also collect basic usage information when you visit the site, such as IP address, browser type, and pages viewed.

2. How we use your information

We use your information to respond to your inquiries, schedule and deliver sessions and services, send you email updates about Bring Forth music, events, and news, send text messages if you have opted in, operate and improve our website, and keep records as required for a nonprofit.

3. Text messaging (SMS) privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We do not sell, rent, or lease your personal information.

4. Who we share information with

We share information only with service providers who help us run Bring Forth, such as our website, scheduling, email, and messaging platform, our payment and ticketing partner Zeffy, and our online music store on Bandcamp. These providers may use your information only to provide their services to us. We may also disclose information when required by law.

5. How long we keep information

We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes described above. If you opt out of text messages, we remove you from our active texting lists. If you ask us to delete your information, we will do so unless we must keep it for legal or accounting reasons.

6. Your choices

You can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in any email. You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP. You can ask to see, correct, or delete your information by emailing info@bringforth.org.

7. Children

Our website and text messaging program are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If a parent or guardian believes a child has given us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

By using bringforth.org you agree to these terms. Please use the site lawfully and respectfully. Content on this site, including music, images, writing, and the Bring Forth name and logo, belongs to Bring Forth or its artists and may not be copied or reused without permission.

2. Text message terms

Program description. If you provide your phone number and agree on one of our forms, Bring Forth will send you recurring automated text messages such as event updates, new music releases, scheduling and appointment messages, and follow-up about your inquiry or services.

Consent. Agreeing to receive text messages is optional and is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt out. Reply STOP at any time to cancel. You will receive one message confirming that you are unsubscribed.

Help. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at info@bringforth.org or 509-436-8920.

Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Eligibility. You must be 18 or older, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to join our text messaging program.

Privacy. See the Privacy Policy above. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

3. Sessions and services

Coaching, lessons, and production sessions are offered by Bring Forth in person in Leavenworth, WA or by Zoom. Pricing, session length, and any scheduling or cancellation details are shown when you book. Needs-based scholarships are available on request.

4. Donations and tickets

Donations and event tickets are processed by Zeffy under its own terms. Bring Forth is an IRS recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofit, and contributions are tax deductible to the extent allowed by law.

5. Disclaimer and limits

This site and its content are provided as is. Songwriting coaching and music instruction are creative and educational services, and we cannot guarantee specific results. To the extent allowed by law, Bring Forth is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site.

6. Changes and governing law

We may update this page from time to time and will post the new effective date at the top. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington.
